How long does shipping take?
Fast enough that you’ll be tearing through your next workout before you know it. Orders received before 12pm usually ship within 24 hours, and delivery times depend on your location. We’ll send you tracking info so you can watch the gains get closer.
Where’s my order?
Got your tracking number? Head to AusPost's tracking page to see where your order is. Once it’s in their hands, it’s out of our control. Reach out to them first, and if they can’t sort it, hit up our Customer Service team at hello@blackwolfnutrition.com.au—we’ll back you up.
What’s your return policy?
Changed your mind? You’ve got 30 days to return it, as long as it’s unopened. No BS—if we messed up, we’ll cover the shipping. If it’s on you, you’ll handle it.
Do you ship overseas?
Right now, we’re shipping internationally to New Zealand, but keep an eye out—we might be adding more countries to the list soon.
Delivery Options: Express or next-day delivery isn’t available for international orders. We’ll get it to you as fast as we can, but standard international shipping practices apply.
Taxes and Duties: Any taxes, duties, or customs fees are on you. These charges aren’t included in the purchase price and will depend on your location.
Customs Declaration: We’re required to declare the retail value of your order on the package—no exceptions. This is to comply with customs regulations.
Estimated Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive within 10-15 business days from the shipping date, assuming your local customs don’t hold things up.
How do I track my international order?
Once your order leaves Australia and is handed off to your local postal service, tracking can get tricky. Use the tracking number we provided to check updates on your local postal service's website. Australia Post only tracks within Australia, so for international updates, your best bet is your local postal service.
