Hell yeah, they do. Our PRE is loaded with a massive 400mg of caffeine per full serve—built to light you up and keep you going. But don’t push it: limit yourself to a maximum of 2 scoops in a 24-hour period—no exceptions. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, consider starting with a half-serve. But if you’re ready to crush it, this is the fuel you need.

Ideally, keep your tub in the freezer after opening to stay fresh and clump-free. If the freezer's not an option, store it below 21°C, away from heat, sunlight, moisture - never use a wet scoop! Use within 60 days for max potency. 

Don’t be alarmed—our first batch of Sour Watermelon turned out blue instead of pink. Same intense flavour, same powerful formula, just a different colour this time around. The next batch will be back to pink, but rest assured, the taste and effectiveness are spot-on.

Our PRE is vegan-friendly with no added gluten or dairy. All ingredients are plant-based and free from gluten and dairy, but because our products are made in a facility that handles these allergens, we’re required to list them as “May Contain.” We take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination - quality and safety are always our top priorities.
